I’m Dustin Collett, better known as DeeCo, and I’ve spent my life defying the norms and embracing every challenge with an unrelenting passion. My journey started with 7 years of active duty military service, where I developed the discipline, resilience, and leadership that continue to drive my success today. After my military career, I transitioned into the civilian world, eventually becoming the Chief Operations Officer at StoneHaven Design Build. There, I’ve turned high-end custom home designs into reality while simultaneously offering a unique pathway for military veterans transitioning into civilian life.But that’s only one side of me. I’m also an entrepreneur who knows how to take an idea from concept to completion. My latest launch, Pann Apparel, blends humor and nostalgia into a line of adult-themed Disney-inspired apparel, proving that business can be both fun and profitable.At 46, I’m not your average coach. I bring the energy and perspective of a seasoned professional who still knows how to rage with the best of them—whether at a festival, on the high seas, or on the Pacific Beach scene. My life experiences, from navigating complex business challenges to exploring new cultures solo across South America and Asia, have equipped me with the wisdom and adaptability that I bring to my coaching practice.
